Gridiron/Panza MMA

Four time Super-Heavyweight World Champion Kickboxer and World Cagefighting Alliance President, Derek Panza has joined forces with High Intensity Training specialist Frank Savino of Gridiron, Inc. Strength and Conditioning at Hofstra University to provide a state of the art mixed martial arts specific strength and conditioning program.

Sessions will begin in March 2009.
