We
do not perform high impact exercises (i.e. heavy squatting
or lifting of any type). We do however, if our young
clients are athletic enough, utilize barbell and machine
exercises. Please view the pictures and videos of
our young people training.
All
of my clients are very important to me, especially
these children. I am proud to provide a safe and fun
environment for young children so they can enjoy and
learn proper principles of strength training.
